Expert in catering, food safety and operations management, with over 28 years of international experience in the hospitality and modern restaurant industry.

Throughout his career, he has held strategic leadership positions on an African and international scale, notably as Africa Director in charge of food safety risks at Vivo Energy and CEO of KFC Côte d'Ivoire. He has driven operations in more than 23 countries, contributing to performance improvement, compliance with international standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) and the development of high-impact restaurant brands.

Founder and CEO of TANKAN GROUPE, he now supports companies in implementing food safety systems, auditing and compliance with international standards, developing restaurant concepts, and optimizing operational and financial performance.
